1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website or placing an order with Wholesale Industries (“we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Our products are sold to businesses and resellers, and by ordering you confirm that you are authorized to purchase on behalf of your business. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We may update these terms at any time, and continued use of the site means you accept the updated version.
2. Minimum Order Requirements
All wholesale orders are subject to a minimum order quantity (MOQ) of 100 units per SKU and a minimum order value (MOV) of $400 per order, excluding shipping and taxes. Orders that do not meet both requirements may be held, adjusted or declined. Quantities of different SKUs cannot be combined to meet the per-SKU MOQ. Any exception must be agreed with us in writing before the order is placed.
3. Orders, Pricing & Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Prices are quoted in US dollars and may change without notice before an order is confirmed. Payment terms are stated on your invoice or quote. We may cancel or limit any order in cases of pricing errors, stock shortages, suspected fraud or unpaid balances, and late payments may result in a suspended account.
Shipping, delivery and returns are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.
4. Accounts & Acceptable Use
You must provide accurate and current information when placing orders or opening a wholesale account, and you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You agree not to use this site to scrape or copy content, send spam or malicious code, interfere with site security, or violate any law or sanctions rule. We may suspend or terminate access, or cancel orders, at our discretion if these terms are breached or if we suspect fraud or misuse.
5. Resale, Liability & Governing Law
You are responsible for confirming that you may lawfully resell the goods you purchase, including any brand, marketplace or regulatory restrictions. The site and all products are provided "as is" without warranties beyond those required by law. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the goods concerned, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your resale of the goods or your breach of these terms. All content on this site, including logos, text and images, belongs to Wholesale Industries and may not be reused without written permission.
